Parent feedback
I just wanted to express my gratitude to the school and all the staff for the support you give the students and parents, for your caring and hard work, it is second to none. You have given my child her confidence back and self – belief after a long very bad experience and she will not be the only child. There are people that shape life for the best and stay with you forever and this you have given in abundance. A humble thank you to you all.

I’m just writing to you & all the teachers that taught my two children who attended BBA to say thank you for all that you did for them whilst attending your school. One is about to complete an apprenticeship, and one is at university.
I just wanted to update you as we are so very grateful for all the effort that you all put into guiding them through their teenage years & into the lovely, polite & hard-working young people that they are today.
A big thank you to all of you.
I just wanted to write this email to say how overwhelmed I am at how amazing your staff have been to my son. The staff at BBA were kind and caring.
I would also like to say a big thank you to Miss Williams. I really feel that her kind, calm and caring nature has settled my son and he is very pleased to have her as his tutor. Thank you, Miss Williams, for not just acknowledging my previous email but showing great understanding and care.
I am 100% confident that BBA is the best school for him. It has amazing staff that really work with each of their students to get the best out of them, while supporting their emotional wellbeing alongside their academics. So, a big thank you to you all.
Your staff are a credit to you and equally a good leadership enables amazing staff.
Parent feedback
Too often parents are quick to complain but I genuinely feel that acknowledging the good is just as important. Thank you for planning a check in with my son. Thank you for being so approachable and caring as a team. I look forward to working with you to enable my son to reach his full potential. He hasn’t had the best start in life bless him, but he is an amazing, resilient and kind boy who works hard and deserves the happiness he should have had at the start.
