Dear Parent/Carer

Year 11 Parents Evening – Thursday 8th December 3.30pm-7.00pm

We would like to invite you to Year 11 Parents Evening on Thursday 8th December between 3:30pm and 7.00pm.

This is an important evening that provides you with the opportunity to speak with your child’s subject teachers and discuss their progress in Year 11. It has been purposefully placed in the calendar to enable staff and parents to reflect upon Term 2 mocks, prepare for Term 4 mocks and consider progress towards Post 16 applications. A copy of your child’s latest report will be emailed home prior to the evening.

You will also be able to book an appointment with Mr Jordan, our Careers and Employability coach. These appointments are limited so if you are unable to secure an appointment, you will be added to a waiting list and Mr Jordan will contact you to arrange a telephone call at a later date.

There will also be a number of Post 16 and apprenticeship providers on site for you to visit during the evening.
The appointment booking system is now live and closes at 12pm on Thursday 8th December. We use an easy to use online appointment booking system. This allows you to choose your own appointment time(s) with teachers and you will receive an email confirming the appointments.
